REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At FutShirt, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience.

Please review our return and refund conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery to withdraw from a purchase of non-personalized goods without giving a reason, then return them within 14 days of that notice.

You may inspect goods as in a shop. Handling beyond this may reduce the refund if it diminishes their value.

Email support.futshirt@gmail.com for return instructions. Keep tags and packaging where possible.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Products customized with names, numbers, patches, or any other personalization are made specifically for each customer.

For this reason, personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless:

• The product arrives damaged
• A manufacturing defect is identified
• The item received differs from the order placed

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly. Reporting within 7 days helps us investigate, but does not limit statutory rights.

To speed up the review process, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Our support team will review the case and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Store credit is optional and will not replace a refund you are legally entitled to receive without your agreement.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns due to personal preference, sizing issues, or non-defective products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or damaged item, FutShirt will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning goods so we can provide the correct address. This procedure does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights.

REFUND PROCESS

Withdrawal refunds are due within 14 days of notice, including standard outbound delivery costs. We may withhold payment until the goods or proof of return arrives. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.

Production or dispatch may prevent an immediate cancellation, particularly for personalized goods. Statutory withdrawal and defect rights remain unaffected.
